Pastor Search Status

The PNC is actively seeking candidates for the Head Pastor position. The vacancy has been announced via Cascade Presbytery’s open position board as well as similar boards in neighboring Presbyteries. We are consistently reviewing referrals received through the Christian Leadership Connection (CLC), although the candidate pool remains limited.

To reach a wider audience, we have placed advertisements in the web edition of the Presbyterian Outlook publication and on the Facebook PCUSA Leadership Forum board. In addition, the committee plans to post the position on seminary job boards within the next few weeks.

We continue to remind ourselves that it only takes one suitable candidate – the right one, to fill our leadership position. We stay diligent in our efforts and pray knowing that the right individual will be made available to us at the proper time – God’s time.
